Originally built in 1914 as a Ford Model T plant, the remodeled building provides truly unique living options for upper class undergrads and graduate students at  UWM Peck School of the Arts. This $40 Million, 500,000 square foot building also offers retail space along Prospect and Kenilworth Avenues.

• Goals: 18% EBE/15% MBE

• Achieved: 22% EBE/20% MBE

We advised the contractor to implement  a mini-GC package for minority firms only.  The minority GC firm improved its project management and supervision capability.
