With over 25 years’ experience in Wisconsin construction, we know what it takes to get a job done, no matter the goals, the challenges, or the contract requirements. Our knowledge of Federal, State, and local requirements can make the process easy for you. We have a long term history in the City of Milwaukee, with partnerships that have lasted years, and a consistent presence in community groups, and local Boards. We take a personal interest in all our clients, so we know what resources are most important for the work you do.
We are proactive, rather than reactive – we anticipate your challenges, and have solutions to handle them. We focus on capacity building for diverse contractors, by sharing opportunities, or helping with certifications. And as an intangible, but critical factor, you can trust us to help you reach your goals – as evidenced by our long list of successful projects, and our positive client feedback. We’ve worked on over $3 billion in construction projects, with approximately $750 million being spent with diverse suppliers, and recycled into the Wisconsin economy. We never mind helping our clients or project suppliers, because we know it comes back to us, with dividends, so we focus on Customer Service, first and foremost.

The first steps are understanding your objectives: your project details, and any Contract requirements for Diversity and Inclusion, based on Federal, State or local regulations. Once we know the end goal, we build a plan to get you there – whether it includes building a new D&I program for your company, creating an Outreach schedule, or establishing tracking and monitoring processes. We work with you as partners, collaborating to reach the goal – during, and often continuing after project completion.

Our website offers just an overview – the best way to learn more is for us to meet – either over the phone, or in person. That way, we can learn more about the details of your project and share most relevant information that will help you reach your goals. In addition to our professional capabilities, we take a very personal interest in supporting and helping clients be successful – and it starts with getting to know each other. Give us a call, or email us to schedule a brief call or meeting.

When you contract with us, you are adding an asset to your project, since our Certifications can help towards your goals.
