Froedtert Emergency Department Expansion

This project is a $14 Million renovation of the Level I trauma center, and emergency department, as well as a re-construction of the ambulance drive for easier access and more capacity.

• Goals: 15% MWBE, 15% Minority & Women Workers

• Achieved: 21% MWBE, 19% Minority & Women Workers

Cross designed and implemented the Project outreach plan, which increased the minority and women firms involved on the project, and exceeded the inclusion goals.
